The last 6 years have been pretty transitional for me, so this song comes from the idea that I am finding my center again... except it doesn't look quite like anything I've ever known before.

I think we all know someone that fits this description... or maybe we ARE someone who fits this description.... You never really know what will happen if you let go.

This is a story of what it might be like for a woman in an abusive relationship. Adopted by The Tri-Town Task Force against Domestic Violence in Brimfield MA as their theme, this song has been played on stages and events working toward bringing awareness of better choices and options in these tragic lives.

Continuing the theme of domestic violence and abuse, this is a fictional account of just such a story.

Just a simple, silly little love song... I'm glad I haven't lost that romantic side of me.

While sailing on a very dark, moonless night, I knew we were coming up on a buoy, but could not see it until the very last minute. The way I described finally glimpsing it was by looking for the "holes in the darkness".. the places where it is actually darker than the darkness of the night. I knew right then it was going to be the title for a song... even though the song has nothing to do with sailing.

One persons "crazy" is another persons "Paradise" Sometimes you gotta risk being crazy to create the things that turn out to be the most beautiful. I dedicate this song to my Mom, Dad and all my family... we certainly have made something Beautiful.
