- A pot luck gathering including time to meet and greet, some time for a concert to sit and listen to some original music by Jim Paradis, Diane Solomon, Mark Mirando and Stephan Hartman. And time to eat, drink and be Merry.
This is a fundraising event with all proceeds going to help Davey P purchase Cows and Chickens, among other things, as gifts to the family of his intended bride, Gertrude. Dave will be back in the US from the end of September until just around Thanksgiving when he will once again depart for Africa and his beloved Gertrude. He hopes to be married sometime in the coming year and then, with any luck, come back to the states with his bride at the end of this next year in service with the peace corp in Uganda.
Please bring to the event what you are drinking and a food dish or whatever to share. But no matter what else you bring or don't bring, please bring yourself!!!! All are welcome. It's rain or shine.
We are suggesting a donation of $ 20 per person for all this, but by no means will we turn you away if that is too much for you. Please come and help us celebrate Dave's engagement... he will be smiling from ear to ear thinking about all of us together in his name.

- This is an event we have on the third Sunday of each month. I play music, Brendan Loughlin paints a picture and we have a raffle of one of his Original paintings as well as a 1 hour massage by Dani G. and a beautiful piece of original jewelry by Nina Tower.
There are often guest appearances to help me sing and play, and we always have a great time.
You are encouraged to bring a bag or two of groceries for the Foodbank pantries, and / or purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win one of the prizes listed above.
So come on down... the Foodbank appreciates it, and it's a lot of fun for a really good cause!!
